What Is Prograna?
Prograna is a gentle energy healing modality that works with a universal energy that continues to evolve as the universe evolves.
Rather than focusing on a specific illness or condition, Prograna provides your body with the healing energy it needs at the time of each session. Every healing experience is unique because every person—and every animal—is unique.
There is no need to discuss illnesses, diagnoses, or symptoms before your session. The energy naturally flows where it is needed most.
Returning to Your Original Blueprint
One of the unique aspects of Prograna is its intention to support your return to your original blueprint.
Many people believe this means returning to the time of birth. In Prograna, your blueprint refers to something much deeper. It is the light from which you were created before beginning your earthly journey and before choosing the family into which you would be born.
The intention of Prograna is to gently support your return toward that original state of balance, harmony, and wholeness.
A Gentle Healing Experience
Prograna is a very gentle healing energy.
Some people feel the energy during a session, while others feel very little. Both experiences are completely normal.
Healing continues to unfold after your session. You may notice changes over the following days, weeks, months, or after several healing sessions.
Every healing journey is unique.
Healing Builds Over Time
Prograna is not intended to be a quick fix.
Healing unfolds over time, and every individual heals at their own pace.
If you choose additional healing sessions, you do not begin again at the starting point. Each session builds upon the healing that has already taken place, allowing your healing journey to continue progressing naturally over time.
There is no required number of sessions.
Some people choose one session, while others choose additional sessions based on what feels right for their own healing journey.
Throughout each session, I serve as the facilitator by sending the healing energy. Your body chooses how to receive and use that energy in support of your own healing process
Remote Healing Sessions
Prograna healing is performed remotely.
A Zoom appointment is not required.
At your scheduled appointment time, simply relax in a comfortable chair or lie comfortably in bed and allow yourself to receive the healing energy.
If you would prefer to meet through Zoom before or during your session, that option is always available.
Permission to Receive Healing
Healing is always offered with respect for free will.
Adults choose whether they wish to receive healing.
Parents or legal guardians may request healing for children under the age of 14.
According to the spiritual principles taught within the Prograna healing modality, beginning at the age of 14, individuals are considered able to make their own decision regarding whether they wish to receive healing. For that reason, healing sessions are provided only when the individual personally chooses to receive them.
Pet owners may request healing sessions for their own animals.
As with all energy healing, I can send the healing energy, but every person—and every animal—has free will. Their openness and willingness to receive the healing plays an important role in the healing experience.

Home & Office Energy Clearing
Prograna may also be used to clear the energy of homes and office spaces.
A physical visit is not required.
Remote energy clearing is performed using the property's address.

Sessions are conducted remotely through Zoom (unless otherwise noted).

Please join your session a few minutes early and be ready to begin at your scheduled appointment time.

A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be canceled.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time only with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-show appointments are non-refundable.
