Many people begin by purchasing one session at a time. Each session creates its own healing container. While every healing container can be beneficial, each one stands on its own.
When you purchase a healing package, for example, a 10-session package, you are creating one larger healing container instead of several individual containers. Rather than having multiple one-on-one containers, your sessions become part of one larger healing journey.
Working within one larger healing container allows each session to build upon the progress of the previous session. Instead of beginning a new healing container each time, we continue working within the same healing space, creating the opportunity for a deeper healing process as your healing naturally unfolds over time.
Everyone's healing journey is unique. Some people experience meaningful shifts after one session, while others discover that working within a larger healing container allows deeper layers to unfold more naturally. There is no right or wrong approach—only the approach that feels right for your healing journey.

Healing packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. This allows you the flexibility to schedule your sessions while encouraging consistency throughout your healing journey.

Sessions are conducted remotely through Zoom (unless otherwise noted).

Please join your session a few minutes early and be ready to begin at your scheduled appointment time.

A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be canceled.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time only with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-show appointments are non-refundable.
