Payment

​

• Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

​

Rescheduling

​

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

• One complimentary reschedule is permitted. Any additional changes will require booking and paying for a new session.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

​

• A 10-minute grace period is provided.

• If you have not joined your scheduled session or contacted me within 10 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be canceled.

Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable.

• Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

• Once a healing session has been completed, all sales are final.

• If you choose to cancel your appointment rather than reschedule it, your payment is non-refundable.

If I Need to Reschedule

• If I need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be offered the next available appointment at no additional charge.

Having Trouble Connecting?

​

All healing sessions are conducted remotely through Zoom.

If you experience technical difficulties joining your scheduled session, please contact me as soon as possible.
